In the International Session, John Wilde of STASYS Limited UK was elected to replace Mike Savill as the Chair of the International Subcommittee (ISC). In his term as Chair, Mike Savill led the restructuring of the ISC that has made it more effective in its support to the GPS authorities.

Victor Zhang, NIST, was elected to replace Lisa Nelson as Co-chair of the Timing Subcommittee. Lisa has changed agencies, but plans to stay involved in the subcommittee.

Both Mike and Lisa have made valuable contributions to the Committee that hopefully will continue as they change their roles with the Committee.
