Effective November 1, 2004, the US Total Electron Content
Real-Time Specification map is available at
http://sec.noaa.gov/ustec/
. A more detailed explanation that describes additional NOAA
products can be found at

submtted by Mr. Joe Kunches, Chief Space Weather Operations for
NOAA in Boulder, Colorado. He says that the product is
experimental and that they welcome comments. Further, he says "
we hope this will culminate with the ability to predict the
ionosphere, and what GPS will see, a few hours in advance."
